Toyota service station said they won't allow to use this oil, and if I service my car from outside, my car 3years warranty will be lapsed.. Wanted to know how much necessary is 3 years warranty? I have to service my vehicle for 3 years at toyota service centre and as per their terms and conditions, this I had never done for any of my previous vehicles ( creta and fiesta).
Bro I have never send this much money on my Innova Crysta , I have driven my Crysta 100000 kms, per 10000 kms service I have spend only 10000rs, I have change my brake pad after 90000kms. Bro you should drive the car smoothly. Kabi bi itna karcha nahi Degi kk Innova crysta is the best car.

@@prashantchaudhary7959 The only way they can deny the warranty is if you do not get your vehicle serviced as per the service schedule mentioned in your owners manual. That means, as long as you use the oil grade mentioned in the manual eg. 5W30 or whatever, they cannot deny you the service. In fact, you can email directly to Toyota customer support and they should be able to put pressure on the dealership. If they deny even after this measure, it is a violation of your rights as it is your car and you can use whatever company oil you want as long as it is as per specification and you can approach consumer forum for a formal complaint.
Isme kaafi faltu ke kaam karvaye hai apse to bill to itna hoga hi. - Diff oil is usually lasts for the entire life of a vehicle, unless there is any leakage due to impact. Some people like to have it changed anyway at 100k or so just for precaution, but it is most certainly not required at just 40k. - I am not sure if you had explicitly agreed to get work done on: AC duct cleaning, Car sanitizing, Underbody wash, mech care(whatever that is). If not, those are absolutely unnecessary as a part of 40k maintenance as per owners manual and are largely optional expenses. - For brake disks: From what I can see on video there was a replacement of disks as well, not only the shoes. That is only necessary if there are deep groves in the disk that you can feel when you move your finger over it, which mostly occurs when there is either corrosion or completely worn out shoes that led to metal to metal contact. From the video, it not appear that either was the case, so I suspect it was taking advantage of lack of customer's knowledge. If you discount these items, I can easily see that the bill come down to 10k which is what usually people spend on 40k svc.
