    Sheikh Yasir’s story gave me goosebumps. In your moment of absolute brokenness, raise your hands and understand when there’s no way out Allah swt will make a way out for you. Those who fully trust Allah in the way he deserves to be trusted, Allah swt will surely make a way out for them Insha’Allah!

    One question I wished someone in the audience have asked: How to know the reason of the delayed answer whether it is due to a sin, a lack of sincerety or Allah rewards on the akhira? Jazakom Allah Khayr!

    • @munnahlubega8737
      @munnahlubega8737 2 года назад +13

      You do a self audit. U check your sins and work upon fixing them. Then u check your sincerity and see that u make dua with your heart uenrushedly. And then u check to see if there is any haram u are consuming (still a sin). And if u have corrected all your affairs and you are 100% surely everything is right between u and the hukuk of ALLAH and HIS creation.
      Then as for the wisdom of ALLAH please know that it’s not our place to guess at it, or know it. Remember HE gives that wisdom to whomsoever HE wishes and even then, it’s a small part of the entirety of ALLAH’s wisdom. (Ayatul kursi). Also remember that ALLAH has heard you !!! HE is the one who HEARS ALL. and HE doesn’t forget!!! So if ALLAH SWT has heard u, and if HE never forgets, and if HE is all able, and ALL WISE , why then do u have to wonder about the delay of the answer??? just make dua sincerely, and right your wrongs and then leave your need with ALLAH and continue with your ibaadah. This life is but a number of days, what has or hasn’t happened shouldn’t stress u. The only guarantee we have about life is death and the afterlife. That’s where we need to exert ourselves. That’s where our worries need to be.

    2)That it will not be harmed by a particular calamity ..They were both accepted..
    But then The Prophet Alayhi'Ssalam asked that his nation would not be afflicted by their own wrong doing, and that wasn't accepted..
    I think there are various versions of this Hadith...
    It's interesting how what the point is can be found in Al-Quran # Allahu Akbar

      Use this Dua of yoonus alaihissalam
      لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبْحَٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
      Transliteration: la ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin
      English Meaning: There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.
      Brother or sister assalamu alaikum
      I dunno what kind of condition you are going through and I don't want to know
      Because whatever you are going through nothing is beyond the ability of Allah arrahman
      The above Dua was recited by yoonus alaihissalam when he was inside the belly of whale when there was no hope except Allah
      The power to heal you is not in the Dua but it is in the hands of Allah arrahman
      In Sha Allah please keep reciting this Dua understanding it's meaning with full conviction in allah's mercy
      Even if the disease doesn't go away Allah subhanahuwa taala will in Sha Allah grant you happinesses that you would have never imagined
      I am going through a very hard time too
      May Allah arrahman have mercy upoun us
      Aameen aameen yarabbal aalameen
      In sha Allah keep me in your duas
      Because the duas of distressed souls are always very near to Allah arrahman
      In Sha Allah may we never lose hope in arrahmans immense mercy
      Aameen aameen yarabbal aalameen

    A point on the “dua will stay being answered until my slave says my dua wasn’t answered”.
    So obviously this is really bad to say, well, sometimes as humans we really just can’t help but not say something like this. Are we better off just not making dua to begin with? Rather than risk making dua, and having it go unanswered, and then letting frustration get the better of us? Which would be the most likely scenario

    • @ramshajaved6600
      @ramshajaved6600 2 года назад +1

      We all say something of that sorts from time to time but that's where we learn too. We might have said something of this sorts but then we realize that it was wrong and we repent and make our dua all over again. Saying this won't nullify all of your duas forever and we have the luxury to repent and make the dua again. We also learn patience and self control on the way as well.

    • @zainabzuhasarafdeen4873
      @zainabzuhasarafdeen4873 2 года назад +1

      Assalamu alaikum
      Allah says in the Quran
      When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way.
      Surah baqarah verse 186
      So Allah promised to answer us he said I will but the answer is unknown to us
      But he said in another place
      And never give up hope of Allah's soothing mercy, truly no one despairs of Allah's soothing mercy except those who have no faith [Al Qur'an 12:87]
      So we know in Sha Allah he'll always decide in our favour
      See this Dua of Noah alaihissalam
      Noah called out to his Lord, saying, “My Lord! Certainly my son is ˹also˺ of my family, Your promise is surely true, and You are the most just of all judges!”
      Allah replied, “O Noah! He is certainly not of your family-he was entirely of unrighteous conduct. So do not ask Me about what you have no knowledge of! I warn you so you do not fall into ignorance.”
      Noah pleaded, “My Lord, I seek refuge in You from asking You about what I have no knowledge of, and unless You forgive me and have mercy on me, I will be one of the losers.”
      So even Noah alaihissalams was told by Allah subhanahuwa taala that it was not suitable for him to ask Allah what he knew not
      And in the Quran
      "And man prays for evil as he should pray for good; and man is very hasty."
      So we never know what are the better things for us
      I am going through a very tough situation of my Dua being prolonged but only the creator know the truth
      May Allah arrahman grant us trainquility and sakeena
      Aameen aameen yarabbal aalameen

      It's not about importance, if Allah wants to test you with the thing - good or bad - it can be granted to you. This is just shaytan discouraging you. My problems are 'less important' too but I pray and I see answers sometimes and sometimes Allah delays it for a better time. Allah is testing you with these lack of answers that you mentioned in your other comment, just like Allah is testing those people with war and famine, perhaps it will be a blessing when it takes them to Paradise. And also, he still provides for them. He still answers their Duas, in ways that He knows best and that they can probably testify to better than we can from afar, assuming that they don't have - along with hardship - ease.
