Now you take care of yourself and listen to your doctor, even if it is seems annoying. Baby that foot as much as you can. It will give your foot time to repair the damage. Even overstretching a tendon in your foot takes time. All it takes is stepping wrong. My ex semi tore some tendons in his lower leg and almost ended up with surgery because he didn't want to listen. I made him listen, lol I scared him stiffless by making the doctor warning ten times worse. We were living overseas at the time.
