I was so excited for this product until I found out you had to use their remote and not the thermostat… I love my easy touch from micro air… nice to be able to kick the ac or heat on from my phone wherever I am.
I would have to give your " new " A/C unit a F grade . Why in the world would any A/C manufacturer have any units that the fan doesn't have the auto function ? You would think they would have a work around for this unit . Great video as always!!
the temperature probe is not in the thermostat on that 2nd unit you hvae, it's that little dongle sticking out of the black brain box inside the AC. so you could put your thermostat right under the airflow and it won't matter.
@@BigTruckBigRV 100% sure, it's visible in your video when yours assembling the black box. It's also my biggest complaint with this furrion ac unit. I relocated my sensor to the bedroom on the camper and it works much better now.
General this happens when a title change occurs. Such as "Installed the old AC Thermostat". Then changed to "Had to Reinstall(forgot to take the ed off).
That is an annoying "feature" to keep the fan running constantly. That should always be an option.

Interesting, are you sure? I'm pretty sure the Thermostat is the thermostat... I have to look into that
