unfortunately, she is irreplacable since she is dealing dmg and got water buff from frey because they're WoF. If you only have WoF shizue, her dmg alone won't be enough. You could try the alice team tho.
Shizu and Hero has PoP in their force but they are not newly released as PoP. They're WoF units since they're released as new units in WoF meta. The only PoP units are : Masayuki, Rimuru, Hinata, Shion and Geld. You wouldn't called the others as PoP units even if they have PoP as their force. I also don't use PoP protector. To take advantage of the PoP force, you need to use the protector that buffs PoP like Masayuki or F2P PoP Frey. But in this video, I didn't use them at all.
