Personally this was my first Deathcore album besides JFAC Doom in middle school. Even now at 21 I still find joy in this album. Not the best quality, but an era of forgotten awesome.
Matthew Johnson true that. These guys were with a wave of bands that weren't particularly good, but had a distinct groove and attitude that made a big stepping stone in the deathcore world
@@benpurcell7329 that scream tho at the beginning me and my friends talked about that shit back in 05-06 and we’re like this is the best vocals we’d ever heard
the first step that i learned and transformed from HC to Metal.. although some people called it wasnt in metal genre (deathcore or what ever it named). Actualy... I love this song!

Song: Beneath Dying Skies
On
EP: The Scars Of Ages 2003
Album: Bloodlust 2005
Lyrics:
Beautiful scars
cover my broken temple
no one tried to save this
the sun's burnt out
darkness is beginning
the sun's burnt out
no more beauty
no more life
hate and cries lie in the hands of all awakened by horror
and screams of
people kill themselves
because they fear dying
no need to try and stop this
your time is up
beneath dying skies
suffer
sufferfor this
no words can describe death's bliss
slaughter of innocence
the rain that cleanses the scars of ages.
