Thanks for these tips, but I'm much more concerned about cigarettes smoke from neighbors which is filtering into my whole flat..the bed room is the worst especially when I want to go to bed.
An air purifier works great for that😊

Video has a great message and good ideas. Probably more useful air filter on an air exchanger. Even a box fan in the middle of a room works. A do nothing old person will tell you that the fans motor will burn out, not necessarily but you can get two box fans and this improves the longevity while remaining at a price of $100 including commercial grade filters vs thousands of dollars for a central air upgrade that doesn't really work.
