    I love his work so far with Chappell. Whatever chemistry they have in the studio is magic! Nice to hear more in depth how genuine he is to his producing mindset, approach and the music industry at large. It reflects in the work. Great interview 👍

    So curious, who pays for your recording time when you get dropped? Is that just something the artist is eating or would the producer take it until the artist is picked up again.

      Idk shit but I did hear that in Chappell’s case she was indie (making mv’s with her friends help) for a bit but then signed a publishing deal before signing with island ! In this case it seems like Dan was working with her for free for a bit before the publishing deal maybe ? Seems like it depends on the relationship between the producer and artist.
