Hello Sir! I am from Bihar also working for pvt sector IT company. Should i join for AM SBI because i want to change my job(due to hectic work environment, that's why i want to change), so i am looking for change(switch). Could you please guide me should i stay in pvt sector company or go for govt. sector sbi or other govt. sector.
@@GauravKumar-bk7hh depends on ur choice. If u focus on money stay in private. If u focus on job security move to public sector. But work pressure will be everywhere. Those days are gone that in govt u will come and relax and take salary.
@@OneStopITPrep443 should i give a try for SBI AM exam ? Because i want to also see the work environment to govt. sector as well, if i don't like it then i will back to pvt. sector . I guess i will have an option to get back to pvt. sector correct sir? Also like right now i am not getting proper time to read and study for other exams, so that's why i have decided to switch to govt. sector so that i will get 4 to 5hrs easily for my preparation as well financial security will be there and no one will disturb after shift hrs, these are reason that's why i want to go govt. sector
@@GauravKumar-bk7hh yes u can absolutely try for that. I am also planning the same just like u. I want to see the govt env once. So I am changing from private to govt. If I don't feel good in most aspects I will change again. That's my perspective as of now

@@OneStopITPrep443 Thanks for your opinion. I am also figuring it out myself (right now markert is down call is not coming from pvt. company HR) what are the other things i can do . I am also looking for Remote job if i get then it would be my first choice ( looking for python developer ) . But yeah i definitely try this SBI AM exam. I have recently followed your channel . @@ashimghosh9598 I can't tell it right now. But work pressure will be there though it depends on the project department u are allocated to. Normal time 10.30 to 6.30 but if work is there u need to extend.
@@ashimghosh9598 I hope u are from Kolkata. I would suggest not to opt for this if u have plan for other preparation. As 5 years bond is there for assistant manager. Moreover u need to give lot of effort in finding room rent in Navi Mumbai. So initially u will not get time. Try some other govt jobs which is less hectic if u have other plans

Sir non tech ki overall cut off jayegi?? Kyuki sectional timing b nhi total 45 minutes de rakhe hai
