Weren't ogres neutral in WC3? I know they were in The Horde in WC2 like the Forest Trolls but I'm pretty sure they left after the second war too. Also pretty sure Goblins were neutral until the Steamweedles joined in Cata and they have a different accent for some reason.
You're right. But they come back in the Horde after the Orc campaign in Frozen Throne
