TF2 - HYPER Realistic Jarate Physics

This is a VFX video made using Blender 2.93, SynthEyes, and DaVinci Resolve. I recorded myself walking around in TF2, and motion tracked the fluid sim on top. This is about the highest simulation quality my computer can handle without running out of RAM (16GB). The viewmodels and HUD are green screened on top of the Blender output. All watery sound effects were added in by hand. This took 30 hours of work, 24 hours of fluid sim baking, and 4 hours of rendering.

I know this isn't a Minecraft video, but can I ask you how you track your Minecraft gameplay recordings in Blender exactly? I've tried plenty of times but nothing seems to be working for me. I also tried using the Replay mod to record the in game camera noting but this didn't make anything easier. When I track any object in my scene it looks jittery and out of place. I have about 6 years of professional experience with Blender so no need to go super in depth

Haha, good eye! The jar text got clipped hard by the green screen filter. I decided not to spend 2 extra hours to fix something that small. Tracking went well. I use SynthEyes, so I don't track shots by hand anymore.
