I think my favorite part of your cooking, is you are honest, with no perfectly fake "this is what it's supposed to look like" yours is honest, and still looks great. but more than that. you eat what you cook. And when you like it especially you don't even wait for after the video just tuck in. it ammuses me, and shows me you like your cooking. you're the real deal.

Honey is a fantastic addition to many dishes. It has the power to change and enhance the flavor profile of otherwise rather distinctive tasting ingredients. For example, add honey to cubed turnips and that hint of bitterness completely disappears.
