Super cool - I often forget how useful those table calculations (like Window_AVG) are. Also, I need to set up a custom Mariners color palette for myself now!
Great video, thanks for sharing. Do you know if Tableau would be able to take the quadrant chart (QC) you make here and take it a few steps further? Specifically, if I have a data set to populate this sort of color-coded QC each week, could I track the path of a certain point? I know there are connected scatter plots that can do this but would the path and any intermediate points along its path change color if it was in different quadrants each week?
Hi Mitch, I suppose it depends on how the data is structured. Would you have the ability to filter to a prior week to see what the values were then or is your data source "real-time" without the ability to easily filter to prior values?
Great explanation. Tried applying animation - like how this changes over months thru a year, etc without much luck. Is that possible? Would love a video on animating a quadrant graph!

Interesting. Maybe the Pages shelf would be helpful? Here's more on that: ruclips.net/video/WDWMKYlTGwA/видео.html&ab_channel=YnteractiveTraining
