We’ve not used timers since my older kids where younger as we used them for them to share toys!!!! It’s easier when I only have one younger one!!! We loved the Kate snow facts that stick!!! The extra practice helps mental math and speed!!! It comes naturally!!! I bought more glue sticks recently!!!
I have used all of these same resources! Word Ladders, the math books, and we used write by number during 6th and 7th grade and really found it helpful for developing organization and attention to detail in writing. This year we are using some self-paced classes from Dayla Learning for writing, and it is going very well.
Nice! Glad to know Write by Numbers was useful for your middle schooler. I need to look into Dayla Learning - they seem to have a nice selection of classes for tweens & teens.
We use timers even now in middle/high school. You reminded me that I need printer paper. 😉🌻
I even use timers for myself! 😆

I heard good things about Kate Snow’s programs. I should check out Math Facts That Stick with my little ones.
Would love more info on write by number! I was thinking about using it also!
My son and I love it, and his writing has improved 10x in just a couple months. I will definitely do an update soon.
I would love a more detailed video of Write by Number. That is one, I've beening looking at
Yes, will do! Hopefully I can get that video out sometime next month. Thanks for watching 💝
