You complaining about the beauty standards, but you are submitting to them. What's the point of complaining if all your gonna do is follow it anyway
Speaking facts at the end, I'm lucky in that I don't acne but I'm very prone to getting ingrown hairs due to having a beard and hair that curls into my skin. Dealt with this for years before finally find something that deaded the whole issue, a product called Tend Skin. After using it my ingrown hairs were mostly gone in 3 days and all the way gone in 5. And as long as I use Tend Skin 3-4 days out of the week they don't come back. Only problem is that it dries out my skin because of the high alcohol content. So I had to find a good lotion to use on my face that doesn't clog my pores and for that my go to brand is Burt's Bees. ✌🏾 PS. Make sure y'all are lotioning your feet! 😅🤣
This trend would be really neat or compelling if it were comprised of clearly nerdy, self-conscious people busting out makeup and camera angles to execute a transformation that no one (including themselves) would have expected instead of aspiring IG models putting on glasses and collared shirts or hoodies and doing weird scrunched-up expressions with their face because their only concept of "ugly" is "that one geeky kid in every high school-based teen show." It's not really a transformation if you had to put more thought and effort in trying to look frumpy in the "before" (which most of them failed at anyway because pretty people tend to do a bad job at trying to not look pretty).
Nahh glasses are a gift if they match the right face, ignore these stupid videos it’s just people trying to show off their confidence (not always bad, but you can see they’re making themselves look in ways they never would any other day) for validation
