I start deep breathing shift my attention inside. Sometime I tap my meridians and release oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin. . It works.
@@josephined8576 Thats interesting. I do something similar and take a very deep breath and hold it for 20 seconds and release slowly. I do it about 3 times. Its like letting everything go and very relaxing 🙏

Perfect timing Lila, I recently discovered that Louise L Hay had This published when Florence didn’t get a chance to. Year’s later! Life really wanted to get it out there and as a student of Florence herself, in the way I was a student of yours, I recognised a lot of Florence in Louise Hays work and I know that if my mom hadn’t read Louise Hay to herself from cancer, then I would never have discovered her, and then I would have have become myself and would more than likely I would have committed suicide as a teenager but now I am a different person! Literally, in every way and that book Louise Hay’s “you can change your life” gave me the courage, in a very small minded religious town, in very rural part of Catholic Ireland, to leave and come to London and literally manifest the treatment and surgeries to become the woman…. Teenager then, that I am today! Did I really believe that all people were heterosexual and in the right bodies gender wise and married happily genuinely in Catholic rural Ireland or were they brainwashed by the Catholic Church?!?!
Thank you God/ess for Florence scovel Shinn and for your sacred work and for introducing me to Joseph Murphy who I listen to all the time by many narrators because his book’s and affirmations cannot be listened to enough just like Neville and Florence- my favourite 🤩 depending on how I feel but newer author’s don’t have the same profound wisdom on every single page…. Thomas Edison had a very similar if the same approach. His last thought before going to sleep was to ask for the solution or answer to something that was puzzling him. Operating on the premise that the brain is not asleep while the body was resting. Instead, the less preoccupied subnconscious mind goes to work on the question.
There is no good reason to think that such an approach does not work, and it is well worth trying.
I love Florence Scovel Shinn. Her methods are simple and very straight forward and her message comes through in such an easy way. I recently discovered your channel and your voice reading her work is as if she's speaking to me directly. You have a wonderful way of delivering the message. About 7 years ago was the first time I had heard of her and read her book " the game of life and how to play it". I applied the methods and thoughts in that book, not perfectly, but I did the best of my ability at the time, and my life completely turned around and I'm now living in a different state> I'm basically now living the life of my dreams back then. But dreams change and progress and so I'm now ready for the evolving of the new dream, and so, I'm reexploring and listening to Florence again. This past week or so , she's all I listen to. Neville Goddard is also one of my favorites, but for whatever reason Florence seems to speak to me on a very much deeper level and moves my spirit. I find that intangible, spirit moving quality, to be necessary for the message to sink in to my thick skull. Your readings of her work do that for me. So, thank you.
Oh, I hear you, and that’s perfectly natural, that we outgrow our desires and manifestations, and feed ourselves with even more challenges until we reach a point where we want something beyond what is called reality, will never called the promise, where you are heaven beyond words✨✨❤️✨✨
Neville and Florence are very different.
Neville primarily does what Florence said not to by visualizing the end.
I believe even his wife was specifically directed.
It makes me think Neville got lucky that she was most likely the "divine selection " or perhaps (if you're familiar with Dr.Newton's books ) we all have multiple "divine selection partners" that agree beforehand as "possible substitute spouses"?
I do like how Florence clarifies the bible verses.

I cannot hear the spirit I really need a touch Christ. Somebody out there who is really a Christian, like, sincerely close with Christ. I have begun to think deeper about the things I want… like what do I have to know to have that? What do I know about that to maintain it? What will it take from me to get it? When I woke up answers came to me. “You have to full your own cup first” so I’m trying to learn how to ensure my cup is full. I woke to go to church…I was exhausted because I haven’t been able to sleep last 3 days… so the “Fill your own cup first made me free to lay back down and rest… my plan was to go to church and saw a seed for my finances… for now I will listen to my intuition “Fill your own cup first”. With rest, recovery until my cup is full.

I really love these audio commentaries that you make. They are really great. @@Nevillution And I am, like others I'm sure, looking forward to listening to them. I think you can still get away with using old footage, or stock videos of Japan, that are not copyrighted. For me it doesn't matter as I listen for the most part (rather than watch), while I do other things or while working :)
@@peacekeepermoe I could add public domain or royalty, free footage sparingly, but they made it very clear to me that the people who are using it predominantly in the video and not filming most of the video of them self will eventually I’ll be demonetized.
They’ve been systematically going through and they also systematically go back to make sure RUclipsrs are using original footage. But I guess it depends who is doing the review. But it’s OK. I want to Futureproof myself and abide by the guidelines anyways and it’s kind of been a new exploration to actually feel more things myself, I always wanted to, but never did and surprise now I get to. Lol. And the channel grew so much because of the great teachings of these great mystics, and my voice was able to express their teachings and nobody really cared about the video but then all the sudden I have this channel that grew and then I had to learn all the video side, but I was up for the challenge❤️
