I would govt to focus on Northeast also.Lot of potential exists there.
North east problem is huge …
1.) population are spread out -- so less population will use infrastructure. So project will be in loss..
2.) terrain of northeast .. is not great …
It will cost 1.5 times money on same project ..
3.) connectivity is major issue …

I can proudly say that it only took me 2.5 hours to cover a distance of 30 km from Gurgaon to Delhi. The Haryana government has been sleeping over improving connectivity with Delhi because of their vested interests and local lobbies, with the average citizen's life worsening with every year of inaction.
