He can’t age only one person. Although Pucci can manipulate it onto himself by moving faster.
The situational edges some have over others makes it really hard to pin what goes where e.g. Heavy Weather getting nullified by Pucci disking his eyesight, the Mobius strip trick Jolyne pulled against C-Moon, the dust Iggy left letting him and Polnareff track Cream, every single member of the Duwang Gang against a specific element of Killer Queen, the spin bubbles only debatably existing, etc The way I see this list is being five categories. -Situationally unbeatable (10 and 9): extremely powerful ability with one or more glaring weaknesses that can be exploited to mostly if not wholly nullify the threat. Can beat higher tiers in some circumstances but is reliably beaten in most. Other possible members of this tier: C-Moon, White Album, Metallica, Chariot Requiem, probably more im forgetting -Short scale time manipulation on a CRP (8 and 7): ability that renders them nearly invincible, counters exist but have limited effect and ultimately do not address the problem of beating one, the user is now the weakest link. Handily beats lower tiers in most circumstances, can hold their own in limited capacity to higher tiers. -Long scale time manipulation on a CRP(6): ability that renders them nearly invincible and actively hampers the abilities of lower tiers. Counters are hit or miss and are absolutely crucial to survival. User is the weakest link (Weather didn't beat MiH, it beat Pucci) -Small scale reality manipulation (5): Renders them in invincible in all but a few circumstances and completely nullifies the abilities of lower tiers. Counters only exist in the form of stronger stands. -Suck it nerd, I'm omnipotent (4 through 1) Renders them capable of most anything and is able to disregard the abilities of lower tiers (GER negates the erased time, Tusk rips through Love Train and can move within stopped time). Counters only exist within the tier and even then it's a crapshoot. User is the only point they can be assailed from (WoU lived on after Gappy killed Tooru, ffs, these things are crazy) Pretty solid list, very good attempt at placing the upper tiers with respect to one another.

And plus they can explode. But Soft and Wet Go isnt stronger than wonder of u, it just has a perfect counter to it which is Go Beyond.
Yes, soft and wet go beyond is not stronger, but just the perfect counter to wou. In a vacuum, go beyond bubble can't really be countered, but it doesn't make more damage than, for example, a gun + it is a pain to aim The strongest would be the best in most scenarios ( so between GER and WOU imo )

Weather report is easily stronger than KQ and Star Platinum/The World. People dont realise how strong it is, it was one of the only counters that could actually beat Made In Heavem which is why pucci feared Weather Report

Yup. And technically it can't do anything against Made in Heaven and Tusk act 4. GER resets to zero. Infinity doesn't have a starting point or an ending. Which means that Johnny would one shot Giorno, because he can not reset the infinite bullet. And Pucci would just slice his head in two. GER is overrated as hell.
In a fight betwen Diavolo and Dio, im 100% sure Diavolo would be able to erase stopped time, lets say Diavolo uses epitath and discovers Dio ability is time stop, then right before he stops time he erases time, for example, Diavolo erases time and dio stops it at the same time, then the time stop will happen during the erased time and then Diavolo will have more 4 seconds(time stop is 6 and time erase is 10 seconds) then Diavolo will probably Donut Dio, but that will he his downfall, since Diavolo mostly donut people instead of atacking the head, and to defeat Dio you need to atack the head, then Dio would regenerate, time stop, kill Diavolo and the fight is over, this is mostly what is going to happen
Notorious BIG, Chariot Requiem, Cheap Trick, Superfly, Ball Breaker, Cream, Green Day, Purple Haze, Bohemian Rhapsody are all either A Tier or S tier stands potentially. Soft and Wet is a little too high. Go Beyond cannot be aimed properly and its only one bubble at a time. Soft and Wet also isn't physically strong enough to break rocks which is embrassing but it has plunder and is fast enough in close combat.

The Go Beyond ability is not more powerful than most if any of these Stands. It was just particularly useful against the specific ability Wonder of U possessed. It is still completely up in the air whether or not it even is capable of half of the things people think it is. It couldn't even one-tap a person. I doubt we'll get the answer in JoJolands either because it doesn't seem like Josuke is even in the picture, but we'll see.
@Hiya Hugo no Go beyond is broken as fck. it was explained very detailed in the manga. The bubble is just an illusion. the reality is that his explosion doesn't exists and just goes off so basically he could murder all of the other stand users without even knowing basically only OP for assassination in a situation where no one really knows who has stand and stuff.
i disagree. first of all, because it does not exist, giorno cant do shit to it. you cant set back to zero that which exists at a state of nonexistence in the first place. second, what would johnny do? not only does he need a horse to perform the infinite spin, but even without that, his regular spin abilities are countered by josuke’s spin-infused explosive bubbles. like i want you to really ask yourself, if tusk act 4 could infiltrate love train, literally why wouldnt s&w, with its nonexistent bubbles?
@@blairblue6769 It could definitely hit Valentine with Love Train, but you forget he still has D4C. Go Beyond doesn't seem to really cause a lasting effect on its target, so Valentine could just flee to another reality and swap with another one and Josuke would never get anywhere shooting him with the bubble. The reason Johnny was able to defeat him is because of the Infinite Rotation Act 4 applied on Valentine's body, which meant he would be stuck falling back down into the hole in every reality he went to.
i would actually say the world is better than star platinum. the world can strengthen the time stop, and seemingly has no limits to how much it can grow.
Star Platinum is actually stronger than The World. In terms of stats, Star Platinum and The World are similar except for precision and potential with The World being B and Star Platinum being A. The time stop however, it depends on the user's stamina and not the stand. Dio, being a vampire, could stop time longer than Jotaro, a human. When Dio drank the blood of Joseph, he got stronger in his vampire form and it increased his stamina hence the longer he could stop time.
While I was waiting for this rework to be true I witnessed every jojo fight gained the golden spin (infinite rotation) I became a hamon master speedwagon made me rich I also gained an incredible stand called stop the cap it has the ability to erase the cap also unlocked its secret ability called da capuro which erases any source of cap from the world 🌎 I also met the joestars.

I personally think GER is the strongest stand. At least above WoU. We have seen basically nothing of GER, and it's one and only feat shows that not only can it effectively 1 shot with the death loop, but that it TRANSCENDS FATE ITSELF.

The way I see this list is being five categories.
-Situationally unbeatable (10 and 9): extremely powerful ability with one or more glaring weaknesses that can be exploited to mostly if not wholly nullify the threat. Can beat higher tiers in some circumstances but is reliably beaten in most. Other possible members of this tier: C-Moon, White Album, Metallica, Chariot Requiem, probably more im forgetting
-Short scale time manipulation on a CRP (8 and 7): ability that renders them nearly invincible, counters exist but have limited effect and ultimately do not address the problem of beating one, the user is now the weakest link. Handily beats lower tiers in most circumstances, can hold their own in limited capacity to higher tiers.
-Long scale time manipulation on a CRP(6): ability that renders them nearly invincible and actively hampers the abilities of lower tiers. Counters are hit or miss and are absolutely crucial to survival. User is the weakest link (Weather didn't beat MiH, it beat Pucci)
-Small scale reality manipulation (5): Renders them in invincible in all but a few circumstances and completely nullifies the abilities of lower tiers. Counters only exist in the form of stronger stands.
-Suck it nerd, I'm omnipotent (4 through 1) Renders them capable of most anything and is able to disregard the abilities of lower tiers (GER negates the erased time, Tusk rips through Love Train and can move within stopped time). Counters only exist within the tier and even then it's a crapshoot. User is the only point they can be assailed from (WoU lived on after Gappy killed Tooru, ffs, these things are crazy)
Pretty solid list, very good attempt at placing the upper tiers with respect to one another.
I mean yeah its kinda accurate, with go beyond, what are you gonna do to the bubble if it dosent exist? You cant revert something that dosent exist, you cant redirect something that dosent exist, no matter what the bubble is always gonna be going towards the opponent at high speeds. And plus they can explode. But Soft and Wet Go isnt stronger than wonder of u, it just has a perfect counter to it which is Go Beyond.

In a fight betwen Diavolo and Dio, im 100% sure Diavolo would be able to erase stopped time, lets say Diavolo uses epitath and discovers Dio ability is time stop, then right before he stops time he erases time, for example, Diavolo erases time and dio stops it at the same time, then the time stop will happen during the erased time and then Diavolo will have more 4 seconds(time stop is 6 and time erase is 10 seconds) then Diavolo will probably Donut Dio, but that will he his downfall, since Diavolo mostly donut people instead of atacking the head, and to defeat Dio you need to atack the head, then Dio would regenerate, time stop, kill Diavolo and the fight is over, this is mostly what is going to happen

Soft and Wet is a little too high. Go Beyond cannot be aimed properly and its only one bubble at a time. Soft and Wet also isn't physically strong enough to break rocks which is embrassing but it has plunder and is fast enough in close combat.

@@peyejon6541 yeah but i think in combat chariot requiem is better than killer queen or weather report here, being able to swap souls and kill them on the inside's out with mutation is pretty strong, and also thé fact that every action done to chariot will lead to your stand attacking or stopping you, like you were attacking you own shadow

The Go Beyond ability is not more powerful than most if any of these Stands. It was just particularly useful against the specific ability Wonder of U possessed. It is still completely up in the air whether or not it even is capable of half of the things people think it is. It couldn't even one-tap a person.
I doubt we'll get the answer in JoJolands either because it doesn't seem like Josuke is even in the picture, but we'll see.

@Hiya Hugo no Go beyond is broken as fck. it was explained very detailed in the manga. The bubble is just an illusion. the reality is that his explosion doesn't exists and just goes off so basically he could murder all of the other stand users without even knowing basically only OP for assassination in a situation where no one really knows who has stand and stuff.
i disagree. first of all, because it does not exist, giorno cant do shit to it. you cant set back to zero that which exists at a state of nonexistence in the first place. second, what would johnny do? not only does he need a horse to perform the infinite spin, but even without that, his regular spin abilities are countered by josuke’s spin-infused explosive bubbles. like i want you to really ask yourself, if tusk act 4 could infiltrate love train, literally why wouldnt s&w, with its nonexistent bubbles?

@@blairblue6769 It could definitely hit Valentine with Love Train, but you forget he still has D4C. Go Beyond doesn't seem to really cause a lasting effect on its target, so Valentine could just flee to another reality and swap with another one and Josuke would never get anywhere shooting him with the bubble. The reason Johnny was able to defeat him is because of the Infinite Rotation Act 4 applied on Valentine's body, which meant he would be stuck falling back down into the hole in every reality he went to.

i would actually say the world is better than star platinum. the world can strengthen the time stop, and seemingly has no limits to how much it can grow.
Star Platinum is actually stronger than The World. In terms of stats, Star Platinum and The World are similar except for precision and potential with The World being B and Star Platinum being A. The time stop however, it depends on the user's stamina and not the stand. Dio, being a vampire, could stop time longer than Jotaro, a human. When Dio drank the blood of Joseph, he got stronger in his vampire form and it increased his stamina hence the longer he could stop time.

While I was waiting for this rework to be true I witnessed every jojo fight gained the golden spin (infinite rotation) I became a hamon master speedwagon made me rich I also gained an incredible stand called stop the cap it has the ability to erase the cap also unlocked its secret ability called da capuro which erases any source of cap from the world 🌎 I also met the joestars.

I think ger wins no matter what the opponent is. Regardless of anything ger is completely un stoppable, it negates anything no matter the scenario

Ger's RTZ didn't work during diavolo's erased time, it only activated once the erased time ended.
If it was "beyond logic" it would've worked during the erased time + they would've mentioned it, like they did for soft and wet go beyond.

I personally think GER is the strongest stand. At least above WoU. We have seen basically nothing of GER, and it's one and only feat shows that not only can it effectively 1 shot with the death loop, but that it TRANSCENDS FATE ITSELF.
