Kingdom Rush Origins Beheaders Seat Heroic (Impossible, Steam version)

Kingdom Rush Origins, Beheader's Seat Heroic, impossible difficulty.
Very hard level. Wave 3 could have been played a little better, as there were some tight spots where Hyenas could have gone through. Other than than, very good gameplay, especially for waves 5 and 6. Arivan (hero) shines in this level, as his normal attacks deal a lot of damage to bigger enemies.
The main strategy in wave 6 is to stall Blood Ogres in upper center, so they can't use their spell to transform other enemies to Blood Gnolls and you can focus all your firepower to enemies coming from the cave.

Timing is truly everything when playing on impossible. I was able to beat the level using your strategy and Vez'Nan as the hero, but hell, it took me a lot of tries.

I found the veteran version impossible to be honest
