I am surprised about the Danessa Myricks balm, I thought that it was targeted to people with oily skin. I never picked it up because it looked like a lot of work. Now I am glad I passed.
I was surprised about the DM too, I thought it was geared towards oily skin too, but it just say on the skin and moved everywhere and flaked during application 🤦🏻♀️ I’m glad you passed as well 😂🤗💜
Since I have super oily skin too, I like knowing that I should definitely avoid any of the products that didn't work for you, because they most likely won't work for me either. Definite bummer to not have that body wash scent linger! That's the whole point of buying an expensive one like that! Good video!!!
The Chanel allure mascara flaked on me too and I don't have oily lids at all... I think it even flaked into my eyes because they were hurting by the end of the day... I returned mine!
My first application was a dream. I had high hopes. The second time, it clumped, but I prrservered. The third and fourth times were on par with your experiences. It flaked just applying it! I had lots of little dots of it all under my eyes, plus it clumped my lashes with one swipe. Glad mine was just a sample too.

Hi Aileen this is so unpleasant when we find products that don't work for me. I am sorry for the Dior lipsticks. I hate when they don't stick in the middle of my lip and the liquid one sounds awful. That La Mer creme is very disappointing. I remember you didn't liked the DM balm

I so agree about Danessa Myricks blurring balm, I hated it. I have oily t-zone and larger pores around there. Even when I applied tiny amount it just pooled around my pores. I thought it would be a game changer but it was opposite. It did nothing to for my oily areas. It actually worked better for my drier areas. Only place it worked somewhat was on my eyelids but not any different from a good eyeshadow primer.
I'm sorry to hear that the Channel Allure Mascara and the Patrick Ta Duo didn't work for you cause I love them. But everyone is different, and not everyone is going to have the same experience. Thank you for your honesty ❤️

I agree. It was bad. It sat on top of the skin and would break up and move everywhere. Definitely didn’t do anything for my pores. 🤦🏻♀️
