Namaskaram sir. I started this chanting about 15 days back after listening to another video of gurugaru, I always had that question if my om chanting is correct or not. This video is a blessing to many, I can't thank you enough for this wonderful support in our effort sir.🙏🙏🙏
Namaste and thank you for your post filled with love towards Guruji who is the Giver of the chant! It is not if you are chanting right or wrong that matters and it is your discipline and devotion that you are putting forth with attention that truly matters. It is the questioning mind that is creating the doubt and while your heart is wanting to reconnect to that Source that gives the eternal peace every second of this living life. After all this is what every one wishes for while encased in this physical form. That Prana shakti that sustains this body always wants to reunite with the Source it has come from.
As you go on chanting, may be at the end of 40 days, you will keep hearing this Omkar without you not doing verbally. Trust me you will recognize that Omkar. Close your eyes feel that Omkar for just a few seconds and you will get the utmost satisfaction that Guruji as that Omkar is guiding you and living thru you and witnessing every action of yours with tender guidance. Listen to that guidance from with in which is very subtle, it will not argue, disagree and moves along whatever the situation encountered. It will not say right or wrong but only guides you in a dharmic way that is appropriate. Once again, in the name of my Guruji, I have shared his insights for devotees like you and me. Guruji always encouraged everyone irrespective of men, women or caste or creed or religion. @msrrk garu, sir first time i did i saw strange things and i was scared. is it normal? subsequently i continued doing, i have not encountered any such things again. I am not sure if my listening and meditating is right! at an instance i feel i am sitting through forcefully. i have just started about a week or less. can you throw some light on this.

@anandaganpaa Guruji is happy that you are sitting for meditation and Guruji who I trust as my inner-man will generate the advise from within me.
Your sincerity in continuing to do meditation in spite of strange things is commendable. Please know that meditation is nothing more than "silent sitting" with out the feeling of surroundings including your physical being. It is the mind with its wave of distractions as a way to regain its center of attention is the issue that you are dealing with. Guruji says during the first 10-15 mins it is normal that you will experience similar situations. Pay no attention and try and empty yur mind without paying attention to the mental waves. as you ignore these mental waves and not getting the attention that mind seeks it will stop the waves. meaning you will be sitting in mental silence to inner and outer surroundings. Practice without giving up is need of the hour and continue to be the witness of all that happens...

Due to my health I cannot practice posture at present... Even then can I chant sitting comfortablly🙏🙏
physical posture is not important but your attention and sincere listening silently. Do not say the chant - follow Guruji's chant till you complete 40 days. do not pay heed to your mind and its changing thoughts. Please pray to Guruji to help achieve your sincere goal, at every sitting! May His blessings be with you always. Namaste

Listening to Guruji's voice itself will do. why? because the mind of ours always questions if we are doing the chant right and what to do with other thoughts that keep popping up while doing the chant etc., keeping these in view, it is my personal feeling that following Guruji's chant and just silently following his line of chant sincerely will help your sadhana. there comes a time without your knowledge you keep hearing the same chant from within which you will recognize. May I remind viewers that Omkar audio uploaded as video is not any different than what is available as RUclips video. All they have to do is download the video to their home screen as a link to their phone or iPad. This way any time you need access to listen you have access at your finger tips- you can listen to audio as part of your meditation or daily Sadhana.. Sir thank you very much for booklet.I am very unlucky could not have Guruji Dharshan. On OM meditation a small doubt sir. It was said pranavam to be heard from anahathaaha .we have to practice with OM chanting of audio or we have to chant with our voice. Thank you once again for uploading gurujis discourses and make us to feel his presence.
Very happy that you read the booklet Indiraji. Trust me when I say that without Guruji being inside you you could not have requested for the booklet, just think about it. Now when the time is right He will give you His physical Darshan by way of real dream which will make an impact that will make you remember his presence for a long time!
Regarding audio, during your silent hour please play the audio and just listen to it while inwardly following the chant. During this time, let other thoughts may come but they are only waves and as such pay no attention. As you continue to practice listening the chanting will reverberate on its own which you can hear. Just try and be sure before you start seek Guruji’s blessings to help you do the chant filled with love and devotion. Hope this helps. May his blessings be with you, always! Namaste
