I really like the $1 auction. What do you think of using an established auction house rather than doing your own? How did you setup your online auction? I resale in Virginia and would like to do the same. BTW the videos are awesome.

If you're going to be selling full time then the best route will be to create your own auction. It might be slow at first but it won't take long before yours will be established and you won't have to pay any commission in fact you can sell other people's stuff and collect the commission on top of your own stuff.
