WOW!!! I started listening to subliminals like three days ago and I'm already noticing changes in my life! Today in class I actually participated and didn't stutter when answering a question. WOW!!! I started listening to subliminals like three days ago and I'm already noticing changes in my life! Today in class I actually participated and didn't stutter when answering a question. I even asked a question which never happens! I know they are small changes but very positiv! I added a lot of subliminals to a playlist ( like 20) including this one and I listen to it when I do my homework or to study. I can’t for sure say that it were the subliminals bc I stopped listening to them for a while tbh but maybe the period of time o listened to them was enough to make a change. There’s no way to be sure, all I can say is that I’m literally a completely different person than I was a year ago

update : literallt cleaned my whole closet , living room and kitchen and deleted social media and taking a break from instagram ! and starting doing shadow work again ! and im gonna stop watching tv and focus less on subs to change on my appearance and listen more to mental health subs !! :) i’m really motivated to my daily routines now and get my life back on track ! i just finished doing some shadow work and i’m about to go to bed early on a weekend ! i also am starting to read books again ! this was just day 1!! i’m gonna listen overnight and come back a few weeks later with more results
