Excuse me, but Penny Marshall did not get her start on Laverne and Shirley. She guest starred on many other sitcoms like That Girl, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, and had a recurring role as Mryna Turner on The Odd Couple.

      I have 2 stories I can share.
      Both M.J.
I'm not some super fan, a musician that can appreciate his work.
I lived in N. H/wood, once in a while driving by on the 134 I would stop, pay respects.
I walked up the stairs, put my forehead to the glass doors, trying to catch a glimpse of his tomb.
At a certain of day, the sunlight shines through the stained glass behind it, shines directly on his tomb.
As I placed my forehead to the door - they just opened. Perfect timing.
      Whoa I thought.
Startled, I step back, boom there it was in plain sight, flowers all over.
A very rare treat as general public never gets past those doors.
Another time, I struck up a conversation with grounds security.
He was wearing a red jacket if memory serves.
I asked if any of his family ever visits.
      Brothers, Janet, etc..
His response, and I'll never forget it:
      "No, never.
Well, once a year and that's it.
On the anniversary of his death, that's it.
There is one person that visits monthly with a van full of flowers, I know as I arrange for her security- Lisa Marie Presley."
This about 8- 10 years ago.
If she still does, I don't know.
His family sucks every nickel out of his name and to them that's all he was good for.
      Slime they are..
Pierce Brothers in Westwood is another great place..Always change on Dean Martin's vault cover..
