Nice review Dan. It’s always nice to see cars that real people can afford rather than the super car stuff there is so much of on tv and RUclips. Greetings from Cumbria in the U.K.

The 500e's UConnect 5 system is available as an option on the Tipo. Otherwise I think it's possible to have a perfectly flat boot with the backrests folded down when you tilt the seat back. Critically, it's a shame that Fiat didn't do more work on the interior for the 2021 version, the hard, shiny plastics at the top of the doors could have been replaced by the material that covers the dashboard. Fiat could also have put some foam on the console to protect the legs. The seats are a bit dull compared to the 500 series, the buttons lack support and we could have hoped for air intakes at the back with two USB sockets - this would have meant redesigning the whole console. A detail that makes you react is the fact that the old logo is still on the trunk while the new one is on the front.I really hope that Fiat will propose a sequel to this compact car and not a ridiculous "concept crossover/coupe" high on wheels without windows but with a virtual reality helmet and a nuclear power plant in the boot.
I know this is an older video, but thanks for posting. I'm from the US, and Fiat is as dead as dead can get here. Even with the brands downfall here, it's really neat to see the kinds of vehicles they've sold over the world. A lot of people here have wanted a new Dodge Magnum for years, and it looks like Fiat has basically been producing a midsized version of it under their name with a slightly different platformfor a while. They left us to kick rocks over here while the rest of the world gets the cool stuff. 😕
Hello can you make a video on the fiat tipo statio wagon 2021 on the buttons that are o the stirring wheel and all the notifications we get on the screen like brake control et all that I got a notification of a red car 🚘 with the truck open I couldn't understand why I got that message on the screen ? Thank you so much
5 speed manual in these class? No,just no. Ok,3 cylindars 1000ccm ok,but gearbox :-( .LED and than fog is halogen :-( .Tipo is totaly..i dont know, there is no middle, one peace is soooo bad,and samo peace if good...there is not a middle solution. Genaral car is so outdated...
You don't need a six-speed gearbox with this engine. It's a rational car, not a spaceship like the ones you see at the moment, with tons of causes for failure. For a station wagon the engine should have been the 1.3 litre but for the hatchback it's more than enough. The Tipo may be "outdated" but its doors open wide, it offers a lot of rear legroom, headroom and shoulder room and the boot is largely decent (550L). It has all the modern driving aids, it's fuel efficient, its engine is fairly quiet and doesn't give off vibrations in the steering wheel. Visibility is excellent. These are all qualities that the "exceptional" 508 SW, which also has a three-cylinder engine, cannot boast of.
@@TonyVisconti yes you do :-) This is Station wagaon not a hatch, station wagon means drive long distances and for long distances you need relieved engine you need good sound proofing and with 5 speed manual motor will shouting or yeling :-) .Plastik in the car is same like in Stilo-cheap and poor in Dacia plastik is better :-( .And Tipo is Megane class, Peugeot 308, Golf, Astra, Focus ....Not a Peugeot 508. And Tippo is in the bottom...
@@SrdjanPoznanovicOn this 1.0 engine the six gears won't do you any good, the 5-speed gearbox is already very long. On this SW model Fiat should have offered the 1.3 engine with 130 hp and six manual gears like it exists at Jeep for the Compass I think. As I also regret, they did not install the central armrest with the rear air vents and plugs, yet it is clearly the same part a little more advanced. Using the same seats and taking a little more care with the plastics would make for a very comfortable compact car with a minimum of investment and still a competitive price as the parts already exist.
@@TonyVisconti I've this exact model (same colour aswell) 2019 But with the 1.3L Fiat/GM Multijet unit with 5 gears ...Fab car tbh Your correct about the 1.0L petrol engine using the 5 speed gearbox (Its enough)
Was hat sich Fiat bei diesem Blödsinn mit 3 Zylindern nur Gedacht?? Alle haben auf eine Abarth Version gehofft, und was kommt ist ein Nähmaschinenmotörchen!

Looks good.

Thank you for the video. I'm undecided between this car and a skoda Kodiaq. What do you reckon?
I think Kodiaq it is more expensive.... if you want a good price Tipo....👍
Great presentation. Fiat Tipo confirm your good initial project but is perfect only with 1.6 multijet engine....
Yes ✌👍Right
The floor will go flat if you lift the the back seats up first 😉
Yes Jamo right 👍🙏🙂Thanks for feedback
You folded the back seats wrong I think. It should completely flat.
👍
Test drive already, please
Will come soon 👍😪I try my best to find the time
this car in this exact spec costs around 22.000€ in my country
Great price Bojan 👍
In Bulgaria? Seems as a good price.
This is huge price. Where do you live?
