He uses autotune only to keep his vocals in key (more specifically, I would say he keeps the retune speed knob at 80, which is the most natural setting). You can clearly see ki unki sur ki pakad kaafi dheeli hai, in the sense wo bina drone ke besura gaate hain. But he has a nice voice and I believe he has ample scope of improvement.
What I'm basically saying is this: ye log trained nahin hain. Ham log saal bhar mein ek note riyaaz karte hain, aur sur pe apni pakad jamate hain. And then good looking, honey-voiced people like Aksh come from nowhere, fix their shortcomings digitally, and captivate their audiences. You might call this nitpicking by now, but do notice that most of Aksh's recent videos have been lip synced. Which means he doesn't deliver to us what he shows in the video. He might have done multiple takes, spliced the best parts out of them, and then arranged The final mix. So bottomline: mujhe aise log pasand nahin hai. Tell me one freaking thing, which singer these days does not use autotune!?! I agree Aksh's voice faltered at times but this is most probably his first live performance! See his energy and see the good parts of his performance. We don't know what happened there! Maybe he was nervous. Maybe the crowd was too loud and he wasn't able to hear himself. Maybe there were some technical difficulties. For months or even years you have been supporting him. Just because he performed bad one time, you're all criticizing him.
