      Yeah, apparently the issue lies with the original video material. Additionally, there were some editing errors. I encountered the same errors on 3 different devices (via home network and separately via mobile data).

      The community is the one that's holding him responsible. Not the good natured heart of Justin like most people think. People are still waiting over 6 months for refunds. Hardly any update or time frame and he provides a 20 second update.
      Its easy for you to say oh He's a great guy, if you were one of the many customers waiting for q refund you wouldn't be so forgiving given his lack of communication or updates.
      The community needs to hold him accountable

      @lifeinjersey9846 I said he's trying to make things right. Bear in mind he's in a whole different time zone than most of us, so communication could be difficult. Furthermore, he's admitted to bad business practices, and he's trying to do what's best to get people their money back. I never said he was a good guy, and I'm not saying he's all bad. And it looks like he's handling this all on his own. And if that is the case, then there is truly only so much a one man army can do. But that's only my opinion.

      @@thebuildbear no, you're giving him credit when he doesn't deserve any. "Oh you humbled yourself and held yourself accountable" no. The customers that paid money and didn't get a product or refund are holding him accountable. He disappeared for months without telling anyone. That doesn't deserve a pat on the back. He mismanaged his business and he barely took responsibility for it, only until fans really got pissed at him.

      More light jn videos would be nice!😮 and love that you mentioned dust. So many modelers and growers still cant get a grasp on the millions of dust fibers and where they come from. Its ironic when modelers doall they can to finnish a model only to see dust in their end polished models or growers who use negative pressure so whenever they open their my lil pony tents all the dust n pet dander n hairs get sucked into tent and gets stuck in all the nice sticky tricholmes yumm bet thats how the professionals do it ya 🤣😂🤣😂 but these know it alls keep defying them selves and showing mediocre crap

    0:04 I really love your work, hope you will think about creating some more ‘in-depth-videos’. Would really love to see a 1hours+ video of you building and painting a Gunpla from start to finish. Might sound weird but find the older video’s of you building Gunpla of 30 mins a bit short😂, that’s how much I love your process in building these kits. So longer/in-depth/details video is so welcome. I know that it would be a lot of work, but I know that your fans including myself would also love it. Appreciate you brother, keep up the amazing work and stay passionate 💯🤙🏾💪🏾

      You mean his sheep, he NEVER should have let the situation get this out of hand. The community still needs to hold him accountable for the lack of customer feedback and responses to customers asking for refunds. No excuse

      @@JeffJohnson ugh no he needs to be held accountable for taking advantage of the community. You do realize he went MONTHS without giving up update to customers asking about their orders, let alone refunds right? The refund situation has gotten so bad, paypal, some credit card companies, the window for returns passed meaning some customers can't even get a refund so they are being forced to have chargebacks. You'll say but he doesn't have the money, yes but he should have told his customers months ago, its been 6 months ans he barely provides updates on refunds. He lost an entire order of Tekada shingen in 2021 and didn't tell any of the customers what happened.
      So no, the community should not move on, being honest and giving refunds is the least he can do given the magnitude of how he scammed so many people in this community. He needs to be held 100% accountable

    This video was amazing and I really like how you have everything so well orginized within the limited floor space. I also like how you have everything setup with what area is for such task. And where you store everything in such a nice and neat way. And I've actually seen those orginizers on Amazon, And thought to myself that instead of buying them already cut and just needs to be assembled, since I had the tools and access to the material, I could just make my own custom station to how I like it. And add features that I want that would optimize the space saving orginization even further. Like having a lazy susan style shelf that I can use to hold runners.
    Now onto the issues that were in this video. which I know were not caused by you, but looks like somewhere between uploading the video the file became corrupted at certain points during the process.
    The video suddenly freezes with this white bar in the middle of the video going through the center from left to right, and has no audio from 3:57 and doesn't resume playing until 4:06 as the screen goes all grey pixilated as the audio returns mid sentence of what you were talking about GK-6 of your orginizer.
    It does it again while you're talking about GK-5 where the video freezes at 4:54 and remains like that until 5:40 with absolutly no audio as well before resuming playing with audio after that point.
    Then during the review of GK-8 and GK-11 from 5:47 to 6:21, the slow rotating panning shots of the video has this slight flip framing where it filps between just two frames back and forth while slowly glitch rotating, although during this period of the video the audio is still playing. And its at the 6:21 mark when the whole video pixilates before the panning begins to move more smoothly.

    Amazing. New video, new workshop, and still no refund of my 3 orders. Good to know this is where my money went. No communication AGAIN after 2 e-mails, 3 support tickets, and 3 months. "Redemption" is just your empty words. You are lucky you are not in the USA because I would take your ass to court.

    This is all well and good but where is my refund for Tekada Shingen, Justin?
    I've done everything I was told, refund form, reached out to the person on instagram for the MGEX, then contacted bank and shopify for the Tekada shingen and not even an email confirmation.
    You also emailed me saying refunds will be done in DECEMBER and what month is this now Justin? March?
    I am so sick of youtubers like you obviously having a lot of money off the backs of scamming regular people and your community. It's a shame many people here in youtube didn't know what you've done.

No. This is why seller and buyer protections exist. Then it's so easy for me to just open an online store and not fulfill my item, or take pre-orders and not fulfill it and be ok because "it's not my intention to scam". Big L take.

      btw to legally, [not emotionally], to prove fraud you have to prove intent, I should know, I'm a retired lawyer , lol...

      and next time , be more cautious on where you spend your money, we all get burned at least once in our life...
      [buyer beware] it's an old phrase centuries old for a good reason. ;O)

      The Gundam Place Store or Newtypehq. I get both the regular paint and metallic paints from them. Both are US based and I've gotten it from them recently.

    Really 20 seconds on "getting up to speed" thats it? Its been MONTHS Justin. You should be on your hands and knees APOLOGIZING to the community for how you scammed your customers. Customers that put their faith in you are being forced to do charge backs just to get the money back. Then you have the nerve to say you're on a path of redemption? No thats not how it works. You scammed your customers and you need to be held accountable. 20 second update what a load of crap. How about making an 11 minute video telling everyone the truth and apologizing for making customers wait over 6 months and apologizing for not responding or giving consistent updates to refunds and responding to customers. You scammed people and you need to be held accountable.

    1. man opens web site, sells merchandise in good faith, unless otherwise proven by the consumer, in this case [TOYS].
    2. many young adolescent men buy such toys.
    3. man unable to fulfill orders.
    4. web site shuts down.
    5. adolescent men did not receive their refunds ASAP. and then at the top of their lungs scream SCAM SCAM SCAM!
    6. man posts video explaining his current situation and that he will FIX said situation little by little as he is able to.
    7. adolescent men still not happy they want more, more more.
    MORE apology , on hands and knees, more accountability, more more more...
    even to the point of empty threats of law suits for A TOY. ...a toy...
    obviously these adolescent men have never filed a suit or even have an idea of the time well over a year for small claims[and yes this would be a small claims case in usa], and way more expensive than the price of the TOY.

      Yes clearly a sign of our times, a typical sheep blindly following someone who can do no wrong. Yeah toughen up, maybe do some research on the situation before looking like an idiot.
      1. Justin builds a strong community on youtube and creates a paint brand and store to sell kits.
      2. Loyal fans put their faith in Justin that he won't scan them.
      3. Justin knowingly commits tax evasion by saying the kits he is importing is for personal use to avoid the import tax. Anyone shipping anything knows you don't do that.
      4. Customs figures out Justin is committing custom tax evasion (plenty of emails from him admitting he did it)
      5. Entire warehouse gets seized in Delaware, Justin does not notify the customers what happens.
      6. Months go by without updates regarding status or orders or refund status.
      7. Justin then comes out and says his business tanked.
      8. Over 6 months without responses to requests for refunds or status updates.
      And that's just the mgex fiasco, don't even get me started about black Friday sales, the shingen shipment loss, or the master class scam.
      But go ahead, pretend to be mature and blame the community for being angry with this guy for taking fans and customers money and basically disappearing for months
      Typical sheep, man you're gonna have it rough in life blindly following people like this.
