I started listening to Jack Johnson in 2006ish…and I find myself coming back to him every now and again when I want things to feel a bit more simple in the world.
Same year I think I started listening to him too and I feel the same way! Turns out playing Jack Johnson calms my kids too so it must be in our blood!
Its cause he sings with truth and love, not many musicians nowadays don't make this kinda stuff anymore unless the oldie stars group together lol.@sydney2141

Yes!! I agree. Keeps my mind positive. Just zrecently (yesterday) somebody I was talking with said "what did I do wrong?" & I thought no not "wrong" just OUR lines have run their course. If we can just let go of our anger at one another & frame things in a different perspective I'm pretty sure life would be more peaceful. I don't want to look at someone as "wrong" just not right for my right now. Listening to Jack Johnson always helps keep me feeling peaceful & magnanimous toward my fellow humans

I played jack Johnson for my son when he was in my womb, & unknown to the surgeons & the delivery crew in the OR that jack Johnson was my favorite they played him when they delivered my son, & to calm my son down & put him to sleep all I had to do was play jack Johnson & sing to him in my arms & rock him to sleep, & right now it's nap time for him & he demands I play jack Johnson for me. ❤️

Jack Johnson has saved me since I was little, words can not describe how much his music means to me. He has been a part of my life since the beginning and I can’t imagine where I would be now without something as beautiful as this in my life. I’m now 20 and I got to see him in concert in the front row, it’s so crazy that I listened to him all of my life and then to see him in person was unbelievable. It was like reuniting with a childhood friend. His music is a part of who I am and I wouldn’t have it any other way, thank you for everything Jack

I saw Jack talking to a vendor in a T-shirt booth at an amphitheater I worked at. He had on a red T-shirt. On stage he had on the same t-shirt. I thought this was pretty cool and it held a lot of weight with me because he didn't get all dressed up to go out and play to the crowd. Genuine and humble 💓
I wish we could go back to a time where this was mainstream music, simple, beautiful, and a good message.

This song is magic to my 8 month old baby. When she gets fussy in the car seat i put this song on and she quiets down immediately after that soothing whistle. After putting this song on replay only a few times she is fast asleep. Which in turn drives my husband and I only a little crazy. But thank you Jack for your good vibes lullaby. And of course she watched the music video and she loved it :) Thank you Jack!!!
