I love working with scraps and will definitely give this a go. I can even include the selvedge edges I have saved. Thanks for sharing all your scrappy quilt ideas.
I have just finished piecing a Broken Crayons quilt top. It is not nearly as gorgeous as yours but once I have put a border on I am sure it will look fine. Thanks for sharing.
I love this style. Maybe some thin sashing strips would work if the blocks looked 'too busy' - I guess I need to try to find out. Thanks for sharing more of your creative ideas :)
Hi Pola, I really enjoyed watching you make these blocks. I love scrappy quilts. I also use shirts from charity shops but only use cotton. Do you use mixed fibres?
Abraços do Brasil. Adoro seus projetos, são incríveis e exclusivos. Gostaria de saber, qual o nome dessa técnica de pagar um quadrado e cortar em ângulo costurando uma ou 2 tiras nele? Muitíssimo obrigada
I made two blocks, this will be a great quilt wanted to post to FB. Says I can’t because of privacy setting for post to site? Do you know what I’m doing wrong really want to show you. Thank you
I've watched many of your videos as I love scrap quilts. But after so many scrap projects you still have tons of scraps! I'm curious - where did all your scraps come from? We want to know your secret!
Haha, they multiply at night!! Once a week I pop to second hand shop to check for button up shirts and I cut them as per my system. There are always odd bits going to scrap bucket. Also I have sorted my clothes recently and many of them are now my scraps. Xx
THIS is a quilt that sings to my Scrappy Heart. I could make these blocks really fast.. LOL
Exactly, quick easy and using up scraps ❤️❤️

This might look awesome if you used black for all the plain colors? Any thoughts?
Absolutely yes, it can be made in that combination. I love black in quilts 👍
