No joke but I must have seen Batman 1989 over a thousand times. No other movie has inspired me more than Batman. Love every aspect of Tim Burton's original. It's a perfect film for me, but I know some will disagree with that comment. I just love the whole damn film so much. Keaton and Nicholson were terrific in their roles. Thanks to the entire cast and crew for making this beautifully dark film.
I bought two Batwings from Amazon U.S. I live in UK. Love Keaton's Batmobile and Batwing from 1989 and 2023...obsessed still with Keaton and his gadgets and vehicles. Part of me loves the 2023 version of Batwing more than the 1989 version, but love both. Pre-ordered McFarlane Batwing and Batmobile also.
I live in the UK too, and have got round to get one i.e. the Batwing with 3 figures. Hasn't been stoked in UK for a while. It's the one I prefer, amid not having Keaton's 4-inch figure.
I love the 27 inch Batwing toy from Spin Master, but hate the hollow wings that version has. A perfect design and size of Batwing, but hollow wings are a big negative. If I ever see the 27 inch here in UK, I would def buy though. Since all this Flash merchandise , I feel I'm living in 1990 again lol...1990 and 90s was my favourite decade...always will be in many ways.
Getting that makes up for not collecting The Dark Knight collection when i was little.And one of the things so cool about the flash figures is that these bundles with two of the figures are also availble separately (excluding the general zod and nam-ek and batfleck figures though) which means you can have a figure on display while leaving the other in the package.
Just picked them both up. In my opinion they look pretty good. I have them displayed still in box on pegs. Not into the figures much, not into the look of that line. Did pick up the X-Men 97 4inch figures that also work nice with the size comparison. Good review!
