- Airports, planes, annoying seat neighbors - traveling is stressful. Tensions rise, and sometimes you can’t help but blow off some steam. But try to stay cool! You don’t wanna get a yellow card for misbehavior, do you? The No-fly list is nothing new, but not many have heard of these so-called yellow cards. Every time you buy a ticket, you enter into a contract with the airline. It has regulations and expectations you’re supposed to abide by.
So, sorry, but airlines CAN reject passengers if they feel that the person’s behavior or condition jeopardizes flight safety or order. Yes, even if you spent money on a ticket! A yellow card is basically a warning before that happens, just like in soccer. In the game, you get 2 yellow card warnings, and then it’s a red card - you’re done - you get sent off the field and banned for the rest of the match, possibly even multiple future games. But with airlines, you’ll get only ONE yellow warning, then you’re outta there!

Neither did I, but this makes me afraid that people May issue them not in a professional manner. Not all flight attendants are nice and accommodating. Some become irritable for less than reasonable circumstances.

Our school has yellow card and red card too. Yellow cards are like written warnings (if not stricter), red cards are like yellow cards. The only difference is, if you get a red card, you'll get suspended from school for 7-14 days (depending on gravity of offence) or you might get suspended from a particular class for 7-14 days (during this period, you cannot go to the auditorium, music room, Biology lab, Physics lab, Chemistry lab, Mathematics lab, language lab, computer lab, etc. You cannot attend PE period, participate in any competition or go to picnics either. While other students are having fun, you'll be sitting and studying in the detention corner in the library). After getting three yellow cards you will be given a red card and if you get three red cards, you'll be rusticated from the school. Schools in India are REALLY strict.
