I spent $100 at Walmart and grabbed 3x box fans. 2x to pull air out, and 1x (with a bunch of furnace filters taped to the inlet side) to blow air into the booth.
Question about your comment on the heat. I'm curious about buying one as an expensive but flashy tailgate tent. Being in the south like yourself, would you advise it?
Too hot and no shade cause roof is clear but if you cut sides to get a breeze through . Rather a 10x20 pop up canopy for tailgate party as it will hold up the rain in the summer t storms.
Says there is dust in the booth while running the blowers with ALL the openings open? The incoming air is filtered and the outgoing air is filtered when everything is CLOSED!
Air is filtered going in and positive booth pressures pushed paint out side filters . I blow booth out before painting and make sure car is grounded no static electricity to draw dust to the car . Also cleaner the prep and tape job cleaner the paint job .
Has to stay up and plugged in or will crash down. I leave them on different breakers and run all night long then untape in the morning and pull car out .
How big does this thing collapse to can I store it in a locker or huge cardboard box or what when it’s not in use? We’ve got 40x60 garage but don’t have space for permanent booth.
@Airon0727 keep folding long ways will It’s 2’ Wide or more then roll super tight and put ratchet strap around and flip it to where to like to store it .
Too bad you have to keep the fans blowing to keep the booth upright. It would be nice is you could simply blow it up and plug the hole where the air goes in so you could keep the booth as a storage are like a garage.
They are like 700 new just airflow not so good . When they get old the overspray on inside comes loose while painting even using scuff pad and blow gun to clean . The filters are not replaceable . They do help do nice paint jobs just a have extra fans pulling air out .
A box fan or two probably is the best option for sucking that overspray towards the filters.
Try a leaf blower to get all the dried stuff off !!👍 Good job. I don’t have a garage so I was looking at something like this. Thx 👍👍👍
I used compressed air and a 48” blow gun works good .
I use a couple box fan on the out side of the filter to suck out the clear fog faster

Air flow sucks on overalls but it will buff out lol

do you have to keep the blower inflator thing running to keep it upright or after inflating you could shut off the noisy annoying fan?

How loud are the fans? Can you hear them from inside your house?
My house is super insulated I don’t hear anything and live next to airport . Not very loud at all .
the only good review I've seen
Thank you I figure after a few cars I sprayed I could give a legit opinion on it . Thx for watching.

It don’t hold rain it sags and drips
@@kirkize - Ah! good answer. Too bad because it would make a great car storage portable garage.
Dude the second one is for air to turn and push over spray out the filters 😅
Yeah I know I have painted a few cars in the booth before the road runner
