A SWINGIN' SAFARI - Bert Kaempfert cover on Yamaha Genos2 and HB Bass - KEVIN ROMANG

Been getting into Bert Kaempfert lately (well, I live in Germany now!), so thought I would have a go at this oldie. I used a style on the Yamaha Genos2 live and added the short string sections...But what to do about the Kaempfert 'Knack Bass' sound? He often used 2 bass players live and in the studio sometimes doubled the bass with a tuned down guitar, muted to get the click. In the end I used my Thomann short scale bass and palm muted the whole track to try and simulate it!

I remember this amazing theme song from a children's program when I was little I loved it then and I still love the bouncy melody and you Play it wonderfully on all of your instruments.
