I don't blame you. These bags aren't cheap. I wish Coach would do better with their quality control. I had to return my Rogue Top Handle last week because it arrived scratched and was missing the leather chain strap.
I purchased 3 pillow madisons and that bag last Monday I returned that bag on Friday got 2 more bags on outlet to replace . I have soft tabby in denim only.
I had it and returned it. It was already a return. It had spots on it. I’m also a bit rough on my bags and the leather, while it’s beautiful, does not work for my aesthetic. It’s beautiful to look at, I’ll admire the pics online. 😊
OMG, I just shipped mine back today! I did pros & cons on TPF! At the end of the day it's just not luxe enough for the price. I will choose my Cassies or Top Handle Rogues over this any day!

Thank you for sharing this! I ended up returning my small one and getting the medium size. It has a few marks and they actually gave me $100 off the total price. They didn't state the exact reason, but the SA said they seem to be marking down the burnished amber ones across the board. I am curious to see if this will end up being true!
It depends where is made and they're bag is mostly made in developing countries such as cambodia, vietnam very seldomly malaysia. Checked ur bag where is made of.
Hi Ralph...I completely agree with all of your points! I think COACH really missed the mark on this one...and in a big way. The micro-fiber lining was a huge mistake and my number one reason for not shelling out for the steep selling price. I thought you might have included the leather "C" clasp as one of your points. I think it will scratch and scuff easily. I would have preferred just the brass "C" closure.
I prefer a top handle along with detachable strap option and protective feet on bottom. This one would never work for me with that strap. Thanks for the video 👏

I returned mine because of that horrible lining. Not only is the color ugly but I thought felt incredibly cheap. I’m not opposed to microfiber linings, just not cheap ugly ones.

I have the IVORY in the Tabby 26. So far so good stitching is perfect no color transfer as of yet.

I think it would look great with a all brass C but feel Coach has done that a lot in the past so maybe they are trying something different?
