Every country and ethnicity has scammers. I have 100’s of Indian friends and coworkers. I love their sense of humor (often self deprecating), very hard workers, friendly. Oh and I LOVE Indian food 😍I suppose the only issue being India’s law enforcement may not be trying to stop it. Perhaps the scammers have ties to government officials or police? Or they aren’t taking it seriously because perhaps at least now it’s not harming India’s own citizens? Who knows..

After seeing the absolute struggle it was for trilogy media to get anything done to the scammers even going to the length of flying over to India only to be told by police that nothing can be done because they were at the wrong department. Well after meeting with the right police unit the cyber crime unit and even though at the start the officer helping was extremely willing to help that changed pretty quickly and before long the office was dodging the guys from trilogy. It’s just disgusting and frankly I’d focus my attention to the mules in the states.
Frankly Indian law enforcement has been extremely lackadaisical when it comes to corruption. Most of the offices that are supposed to protect civilians stand against them to reap a cut. Finding mules will atleast focus on steadily shutting down the delivery service.
Yes - unfortunately, that's often with the way with so many things in India. There's a lot of bribery & corruption there - & it's been like that forever. My friend even had to pay a government department official a bribe, just to be issued with her driver's licence in Mumbai (after passing any necessary tests etc) - on top of the usual fee for the issue of the licence. And there is certainly bribery & corruption in the Indian police force as well.

I had someone hack my Amazon account and steal my gift card balance. Took Amazon forever to reinstate it after hours of phone calls to them. The place the goods were sent to is a facility in FL that is supposedly a aeronautics supply place. The guy who answered the phone had an Indian accent and was very short with me. The address is linked to a shipping business that has a bogus web site. I'm sure they're stealing other people's cards too. I removed all my billing info and have to have a code sent to log in and they're still trying to hack my account. It gets shut down about every other day. I should ask Pierogi to go bang on their door. Not sure how close he'd be to the place though.

I'd happily pay monthly for a tier where part of the subscription goes into a 'Trust fund' from which occasionally, you make gifts to help victims you've identified and reached out to. Those videos where you make contact and finally convince the victim they've been scammed would be massive hits if it ends with good news of actual cash given.
