Dearest Nemo, you certainly brighten a dull, chilly day and of course a good dose of Cloud. Love your cooking. We have a day, the last day before Lent, dedicated to pancakes. It is the last day before you give up certain foods of your choosing, for 6 weeks to prepare for Easter. I love your pancake roll cake. I have used them in savoury dishes, omitting the sugar in the pancake mix, like Lasagne or chilli chicken cake. You are truly amazing. You work a long day and still come home and cook. I also love that change into pyjamas when you come home, it is looked down upon here. Can I ask a question? I've noticed that you always cook green onions, we call them spring onions, first and we would cook the large brown or red onions first, why is this? We also love cheese and raw onions in crusty roll or French stick. ❤❤❤
In Korean cooking, we fry green onions in oil first to boost the flavor. It makes the oil super fragrant and adds a sweet, savory kick to the dish. Plus, it helps all the flavors come together perfectly! Lots of love, happy new year Angela! ✨✨
