I didn't touch the brightness and we played the PC version using controllers on steam remote play. And the problems with colors and low brightness in old consoles are familiar to me. I think it depends on the cable. My ps2 has an RCA cable and CRT TV, the brightness and picture quality are low there, but my xbox 360 has an hdmi cable and 16 10 monitor, so the quality and brightness are good there. I think you need to find a good cable or hdmi adapter for your console.
@@DmitrySkorobogatov3dCossack yeah, you are right. I captured footage with a capture card using a component cable that was converted to hdmi signal on tv. I didn't expect it to become so dim. The sewers level was unplayable, I had to almost max out brightness on tv lol
