The restaurant business in Morocco has been rapidly increasing in the last few years. Official figures show there has been a 20% increase year on year in the last three years, making it one of the fastest growing markets in the country. Yasser Hakim spoke to Samuel Boujdidi, owner of Le Petit Rocher, one of the oldest restaurants in Casablanca. It's considered a landmark destination in the city.
