Enraged to hear the citizens mocking him, Dave orders the taxes to be raised to impossible amounts and all who can't pay are sent to jail. Meanwhile, at Bagheera's church, Boss Wolf steals one coin from the poor box, angering Bagheera into assaulting him, which results in Bagheera getting arrested.
