i have always liked josephs attitude and his articulation, he is a smart coach and hopefully gets to be in Denver long enough to get his schemes to flourish.

If Vance Joesph can figure out how to use the players on defense, Denver could again have a top 5 defense. VJ just has to trust his LBs to get to the QB and blitz more. VJ blitzed 40% of the time in games. He ran too much zone and the secondary got burned so much.

this is a make or break year for vance joseph. we might’ve been in the playoffs if the defense wasn’t absolutely terrible for those first five weeks, and if they come playing as terrible as they did in the beginning of last year, this man should be fired
