All degrees are valid irrespective of distance or done through other mode . They can't give it retrospective effect. If they decide it then it can be prospective only.

What is the fun of these universities who proposes distance courses especially i talk about IGNOU who world wide university everything is based on test one who could creak the test of any vacancy he or she will be selected if not than it's upto the calibre of the person
This is only for those university is not ugc granted and offers distance courses.. Jammu University are ugc granted university.. NAAC ACCREDITED "A++" NIRF RANKING 2024: 50th rank (under University Category) 23 rank (State Public University)
