@grass flowerz I have had locks for 7 years now and I hate that word "dreadlocks". As an African that word was coined by colonialists demeaning Africans hair.
@grass flowerz That part of touching hair irks me too. Shockingly some of my fellow country men are intrigued by locs. We've grown up being told that locs are indecent and it's not proper hair style. It's only in recent times they have been accepted. Unfortunately in some places people still believe so. Sadly self hatred is something slave masters and colonialists managed to instill in the black race.
I have a question why do they never wear any other hairstyle?

Some of yall need to quit talkin bout they need to stop being so choreographed in their interviews which pretty much means stop being mentored by Beyonce,I'm a man and have never listened to any of beyonce's music but I respect that she's got a dope work ethic,a net worth of about $355-million,she's a strong lovely black woman and has good business savy.beyonce's teaching them the game and giving those two young black queens a solid foundation because it's truly what's needed,the black community is at the very bottom of the economic ladder because of the lack of mentorship from elders and the encouragement of foolishness and the discouragement of wisdom.
I think what ppl mean by that is maybe their fans would like to see them open up a bit more. Much like Bey was when she was younger, these ladies are very well coached on how to handle interviews and the media and for some ppl, they might think their interviewing style is boring or "choreographed" aren't realizing that it's just professionalism. I think their fans just want them to loosen up more i guess. But with time I think that will happen. But it just might not, I mean look at Bey and Janet, they've been in the industry 20+ yrs and they both still interview the exact same way as these ladies lol
