Finally bringing these treasonists to justice 🎉
Exactly! They don’t get to steal my vote or anyone else’s!
I don't think it is treason.
I think technically, treason must involve a foreign power, and just trying to seize power is something different.
I could be mistaken.
@@glynncordry5965treason is the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.
@@glynncordry5965 treason doesnt have to involve any foreign entity
@@jbs4693I looked it up.
Treason is defined in Article III, Section 3, Clause 1.
Treason against the United States, shall consist _ONLY_ in levying war against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. (Emphasis on Only added by me. Original capitalization otherwise.)
Trying to seize power for yourself isn't treason. Insurrection, on the other hand...
In other countries treason may be defined differently.
Have the marshal uniform changed to blue? Or is something off with the video color? Or is the guy by the door with a different agency?
Edit: well, the black girl's uniform looks the right color.
Hmm. This looks like the same judge that was attacked in the courtroom by a black man in January.
It is. You can see the clerk that defended her to her left at the edge of the screen. (the right side of the screen. )
