Honestly i would support socialism rather than Capitalism but I do think punishment should not be harsh af but idk to maintain law and order sometimes it's necessary.
But the problem is when do we need to draw the line among punishment . I mean if they don't fear you they will not follow your rules and if they fear you a lot then they shall rebel against you .
