Instead of Tamilnadu express you can take duronto(dynamic train)which reaches delhi wthn 26hrs 900 on covid before covid 1200 which includes three free non vegfood in train and from there you can go to Chandigarh in jan shatabdi fare 110 in 2s you’ll reach by 7pm from there you can go for purchase like winter wear you’ll get for very cheap 300-500 and liquor in Chandigarh is very cheap like goa you can take to Himachal also there will be no checking in Himachal from Chandigarh you can book in redbus i prefer laxmi travels semi sleeper volvo which will take you to kasol in 6-7 hours from there you have bus to manali regularly and from manali also direct bus is available to kasol which cost 170rs in kasol you can get very good room for 200rs each and in manali you can get for 300rs each very neat and clean individual room
