If you want your iPhone to announce the name of the person who is calling you then:
Go to “Settings”.
Go to “Phone”.
Select “Announce calls”.
Now you have the option to announce calls such as when you are use headphones and car, headphones only or always.
This way it makes it easier for you to know who is calling you if you have saved the number in the contact list.
