Intermittently - On and off
Workload stress - heavy stress.

Intermittently -infrequent, periodically
Workload stress -overburden, overwhelm

Feeling down = feeling sad/drained
Workload stress= overworked/ overwhelmed
Intermittently = interrupted/ incontinuously
