I never really asked him about the cult but he did tell me his parents had been paired together as a couple by the cult and ended up running away when his mom got pregnant

This was my first time seeing this scientology music video, but I was aware of some of the Hubbard and Edgar Winter music thanks to the Todd in the Shadows doing a Trainwreckords episode about it. I'd watch more videos about cult music if you make them!

A human trapper keeper 🤣 I've always been interested in these cults too and it's fascinating to me that they're always able to draw in these people and influence them enough to believe all of this crazy shit, I watched that live stream you had too about Scientology, I knew some of that religion but I was kind of blown away from how much I didn't know that you explained in that stream. I wouldn't mind you making a video on Heaven's Gate and hearing your thoughts on them, that was some crazy shit too, their website is still up in all of its 90's, early internet glory and it's eerie as fuck looking at that page now.
