I love how they have the leash around the middle of the dog and not the neck. This seems and looks more comfortable for them. Cute before grooming but what a sweet face after grooming.

Greetings from New York!!!!! OMG!! My favorite puppy!!! I had Maltese girl for 14 years & this puppy looked just like her in the shower!! We gave her a bath once a week, Wednesday until she passed away! I still miss her so much! Also my puppy used to greet me just like that every day coming home! (^^)

I noticed in almost every video during the bath massage part the dogs are shivering/look uncomfortable even though I'm sure the water must be nice and warm and the groomer is massaging them for the dog's relaxation and pampering. I wonder why that is =/

So...I quit my grooming job that I LOVED because I know grooming should never hurt or cause fear. My boss said your videos 'aren't real' lol. Because kind attentive grooming isnt what she does. The dogs look from her table to me, like why aren't I helping them. The owners believe everything she says, even tho some dogs actually scream for their owner when they come to pick the dog up. I loved my job. I love how you groom. Thank you for your videos.
