Mental health problems aren't always as straight forward as that. You can know your family and friends truly love you to the moon and back but you can still feel trapped like a lonely prisoner in your mind.

Still can't bring myself to accept the news of her death. Cazza & Olly were the ultimate 'what could have been and should have been' couple between 2011 and 2015. They made a pack(may or may not be just joking between two best mates) that they would marry each other by the age of 40 if both of them are still single. But the tragic irony is that Caroline killed herself right after she just got to her 40 birthday. I just read Olly's heartfelt tribute to Caroline in full and it brought me to tears as it's full of beautiful memories and many regrets. Absolutely heartbreaking. RIP Cazza. Gonna miss your infectious laugh flash on my TV screen.

henry riley her death has really affected me in ways i can’t explain it still doesn’t seem real, she was in such a dark place and knowing she reached out to someone, she was crying out for help, and all they could say was that she was draining?!!! as olly knows that she was a vulnerable person and she just needed someone in her out of darkness.. 💔
